Our scoops are quite small, smaller than other formula brands that you may have seen.
You can be assured that it is very rare that our formula should come missing a scoop.
Occasionally the scoop will settle in the powder. Try tilting the tin and tapping gently against the side to displace the powder. This should help you locate the scoop.
You can also try taking a very clean spoon with a long handle and try to reach to the bottom of the formula to dislodge the scoop.
If you are still not able to find it, we do not recommend using a household measure instead of the scoop since this creates too much inconsistency in the preparation of the formula.
A gram scale can be used to accurately measure the correct amount if needed.
